Transition to becoming a Professional Manager through testing, training and teaching via skills assessments, 12 classroom lessons in four days, followed up with 12 monthly peer group sessions coupled with monthly coaching sessions with the instructor. The program lasts 12 months ending with final exam and certificate of completion.
